FOZ FUTEBOL CLUBE's supporters crossed their fingers, but Amauri Hermes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 71 played minutes FOZ FUTEBOL CLUBE got a freekick which was hit by Denílson de Amorim. An unexpectedly hard shot by João Vítor Saraiva in the 73rd minute of play forced FOZ FUTEBOL CLUBE's goalkeeper Leonardo Santos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in FOZ FUTEBOL CLUBE's zone, Rodriguinho Hermes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leonardo Santos came out of the goal and Rodriguinho Hermes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 77 minutes into the match, FOZ FUTEBOL CLUBE's goal looked a bit too open when João Vítor Saraiva came free, but Leonardo Santos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leonardo Santos was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but João Vítor Saraiva showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 84 minute of play. In the 89thth minute of the game Rodriguinho Hermes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FOZ FUTEBOL CLUBE's Leonardo Santos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Edson Paiva might have been able to make a better finish in the 91st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Leonardo Santos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edson Paiva ran back to his position shaking his head. Rinite Alérgica played a much better game than FOZ FUTEBOL CLUBE and deserved their victory. The FOZ FUTEBOL CLUBE players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
