Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Váldson Palmeira kicked off to start the match. Flávio Mello fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fausto Sergipano having to interfere. Luiz Alagoano came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by Caiua AD's Sílvio Luiz de Carvalho. But to his dismay, Sílvio Luiz de Carvalho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sidnei do Vale in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luiz Alagoano prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Tchau MZ getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Cláudio Sabóia hit a great ball. An unexpected shot in the 21st minute by Flávio Mello got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Váldson Palmeira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fausto Sergipano having to interfere. After having played for 24 minutes, Wilson Prado managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tchau MZ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wilson Prado was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Tchau MZ's Váldson Palmeira in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Caiua AD's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to Tchau MZ getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Silas Varela hit a great ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sidnei do Vale stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52ndth minute of the game Váldson Palmeira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Caiua AD's Fausto Sergipano was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sidnei do Vale scored 0-2 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Luiz Alagoano, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Tchau MZ's Váldson Palmeira in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Caiua AD's goalie prevented a goal. After 63rd play minutes Váldson Palmeira shot 1-2, a short shot which went by Fausto Sergipano and just under the crossbar into goal. Váldson Palmeira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 72 minutes, Rubens Lago mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Caiua AD and the Tchau MZ players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 74th minute Váldson Palmeira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fausto Sergipano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fausto Sergipano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Váldson Palmeira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fausto Sergipano came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Tchau MZ's Váldson Palmeira. But to his dismay, Váldson Palmeira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. After a defensive mix-up in Caiua AD's zone, Delfim Oliveira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fausto Sergipano came out of the goal and Delfim Oliveira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Váldson Palmeira in the 84th minute of play forced Caiua AD's goalkeeper Fausto Sergipano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luiz Alagoano made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Sílvio Luiz de Carvalho sent off a good shot on target. In the 91st minute, Caiua AD's Francisco Rocha ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Luiz Alagoano. Luiz Alagoano yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-3. After 96 played minutes Caiua AD got a freekick which was hit by Leonel Hoffmann. Fausto Sergipano came out of the goal in the 97th minute to try and stop a shot by Tchau MZ's Jeferson Coutinho. But to his dismay, Jeferson Coutinho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-3. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
