Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Caco Massa made the kick off which started today's match. After some careless play in the Melado AD defense, Caco Massa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Valdomiro Paraense. The Melado AD fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Valdomiro Paraense should have stopped the shot. Emerson Pimenta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Melado AD getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Geraldo Camargo hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Caco Massa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lontras EC's supporters rose to their feet, but Caco Massa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Valdomiro Paraense breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 17 minutes, Edgard de Queiroz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Melado AD and the Lontras EC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 17 played minutes Melado AD got a freekick which was hit by Edgard de Queiroz. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Paulo José Paraibano during the 20th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Lontras EC getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Paulo José Paraibano hit a great ball. Hélio Melo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind Melado AD's goalkeeper Valdomiro Paraense, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 29th minute, Pedro Luiz Batista fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Valdomiro Paraense, passed just outside the right post. 36 minutes into the match, Melado AD's goal looked a bit too open when Caco Massa came free, but Valdomiro Paraense reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 38th minute, Lontras EC's Caco Massa dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Valdomiro Paraense was a little too slow when Caco Massa got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 48th minute. The score was now 3-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Emerson Pimenta made a kick off. In the 54th minute, Emerson Pimenta reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Fabrício Ferreira. The goal made the score 3-1. 67 minutes into the match, Lontras EC's goalkeeper Fabrício Ferreira had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hélio Melo. The supporters of Melado AD booed when Lontras EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dedé Guedes didn't get a good kick on the ball. 71 minutes in the game, Emerson Lira fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Fabrício Ferreira having to interfere. Hélio Melo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabrício Ferreira having to interfere. In the 81st minute, Emerson Pimenta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emerson Pimenta in the 85th minute of play forced Lontras EC's goalkeeper Fabrício Ferreira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Melado AD's Valdomiro Paraense played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Caco Massa in the 92nd minute of play. Pedro Luiz Batista fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valdomiro Paraense having to interfere. When Vicente Lopes fell near the penalty area in the 98th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lontras EC's protests and gave Vicente Lopes a yellow card for diving instead. In the 97th minute, one of Lontras EC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Lontras EC.
