Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Bruno Hermes started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After 2 played minutes Tafu got a freekick which was hit by Bruno Hermes. After a defensive mix-up in Citizens Blues F.C's zone, Bruno Hermes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dedé Fontes came out of the goal and Bruno Hermes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 12 minutes into the match, Tafu's Bruno Hermes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dedé Fontes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 14 minutes into the game, Abelardo Luz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tafu's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Citizens Blues F.C the free kick. A collision led to Tafu getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Abelardo Luz hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Augusto Prata got free with Gildo Sampaio in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bruno Hermes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Dedé Fontes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 20th minute, Sandrinho Schmidt left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tafu fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Victor das Neves recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bruno Hermes took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dedé Fontes. Dedé Fontes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. 35 minutes into the match, Citizens Blues F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Hélio Fontes came free, but Dedé Fontes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 39 minutes into the match, Tafu's goal looked a bit too open when Roberto Munhoz came free, but Gildo Sampaio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dedé Fontes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bruno Hermes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the last second Gildo Sampaio throw himself and got hold of the ball when Roberto Munhoz in the 48thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Roberto Munhoz to strike the kick off in the second half. Sandrinho Schmidt hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. In the 57th minute Roberto Munhoz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gildo Sampaio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 58 minutes into the match, Citizens Blues F.C's goalkeeper Dedé Fontes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sandrinho Schmidt. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Tafu's goalkeeper Gildo Sampaio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 72 minutes, Rubens Velasco mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Citizens Blues F.C and the Tafu players grew even worse after the yellow card. Rubens Velasco kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Dedé Fontes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bruno Hermes in the 79th minute of play. 87 minutes into the match, Citizens Blues F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Bruno Hermes came free, but Dedé Fontes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gildo Sampaio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leopoldo Domingues in the 89th minute of the match. If Sandrinho Schmidt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Citizens Blues F.C fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Tafu were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
