Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Bruninho Secco got the match started through his kick off. Alex Simões didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Digo Ribeiro went, in the 6th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. 11 minutes into the match, maninhos-ms's goalkeeper Alex Simões had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Allan Tasso. In the 12th minute, Humberto Ramos reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Alex Simões. The goal made the score 2-0. After a rather tough play, maninhos-ms's Walmyr Falcão got a free kick in the 16th minute. Allan Tasso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alex Simões having to interfere. Alex Simões showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Humberto Ramos in the 18th minute of the match. Alex Simões came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Mion FC's Allan Tasso. But to his dismay, Allan Tasso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mion FC's goalkeeper Miguel da Mata, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 31 minutes into the game, Serafim Cabral was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mion FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave maninhos-ms the free kick. A collision led to Mion FC getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Serafim Cabral hit a great ball. In the 33rd minute, Tales Valadares got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bruninho Secco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alex Simões having to interfere. 37 minutes into the match, maninhos-ms's goal looked a bit too open when Bruninho Secco came free, but Alex Simões reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alex Simões made an important save on a dangerous shot by Humberto Ramos in the 39th minute. Alex Simões made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Allan Tasso sent off a good shot on target. Allan Tasso blasted a shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alex Simões having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bruninho Secco in the 48th minute of play forced maninhos-ms's goalkeeper Alex Simões to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tales Valadares made a kick off. With a little luck, Mion FC's Miguel da Mata got control of the ball when Alessandro Cosme tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bruninho Secco struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Alex Simões didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mion FC. After some careless play in the maninhos-ms defense, Serafim Cabral kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alex Simões. The maninhos-ms fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alex Simões should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Allan Tasso in the 73rd minute of play forced maninhos-ms's goalkeeper Alex Simões to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the maninhos-ms defense, Allan Tasso kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alex Simões. The maninhos-ms fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alex Simões should have stopped the shot. 81 minutes into the match, maninhos-ms's goal looked a bit too open when Humberto Ramos came free, but Alex Simões reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in maninhos-ms's zone, Bruninho Secco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alex Simões came out of the goal and Bruninho Secco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alex Simões made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bruninho Secco in the 85th minute of play. In the 86th minute, Bruninho Secco left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mion FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. Almir Capixaba charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Almir Capixaba the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Mion FC booed when maninhos-ms was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Almir Capixaba didn't get a good kick on the ball. maninhos-ms's Alex Simões played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Serafim Cabral in the 94th minute of play. Miguel da Mata showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tales Valadares in the 95th minute of the match. Mion FC's Bruninho Secco got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Mion FC had played much better football throughout.
