Andrézinho Simão received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. José Maria Massa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 12th minute, Diogo Corrêa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Breno Valadares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rubinho Barreto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 23rd minute, Belmiro Gonçalves hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in V.J.R. Futsal Arte's zone, Inácio Figueiredo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Breno Valadares came out of the goal and Inácio Figueiredo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Inácio Figueiredo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Breno Valadares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Andrézinho Simão fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without José Maria Massa having to interfere. After 33 minutes, Chicão Corrêa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the MarceloBão SC and the V.J.R. Futsal Arte players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 33 played minutes MarceloBão SC got a freekick which was hit by Chicão Corrêa. Rubinho Barreto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Breno Valadares read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. Inácio Figueiredo struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Breno Valadares didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MarceloBão SC. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rubinho Barreto to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Davi Zonta in the 58th minute of play forced MarceloBão SC's goalkeeper José Maria Massa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Breno Valadares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rubinho Barreto, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Davi Zonta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without José Maria Massa having to interfere. José Maria Massa was out of position in the 72 minute of play, and Davi Zonta capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Davi Zonta really showed his touch with that goal: 0-1. After having played for 81 minutes, Andrézinho Simão managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. V.J.R. Futsal Arte's supporters crossed their fingers, but Andrézinho Simão was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Davi Zonta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. José Maria Massa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. V.J.R. Futsal Arte had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
