Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Elano Fontes made the kick off and thus started the match. After a rather tough play, Whiplash Football Club's Evandro Carvalho got a free kick in the 10th minute. Jarbas da Mata kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. The audience held their breath when Bebeto Lopez in the 22nd minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Korneliusz Grocholski's left hand side. Whiplash Football Club's Korneliusz Grocholski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luiz Guilherme Baiano in the 24th minute of play. Amadeu Mangueira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Korneliusz Grocholski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 36th minute, Dedé de Queiroz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Chambica SC's Amadeu Mangueira got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dé Mendonça hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Luiz Guilherme Baiano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Korneliusz Grocholski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Amadeu Mangueira made the kick off in the second half. Inácio Monteiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elano Fontes in the 54th minute of play. Elano Fontes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Evandro Carvalho scored 1-0 in the 63rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Inácio Monteiro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 67th minute of the match Álvaro Paiva shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Korneliusz Grocholski showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 72nd minute, Luiz Guilherme Baiano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Korneliusz Grocholski was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Luiz Guilherme Baiano took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Korneliusz Grocholski. Korneliusz Grocholski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Korneliusz Grocholski made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Luiz Guilherme Baiano sent off a good shot on target. When Luiz Guilherme Baiano came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Chambica SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luiz Guilherme Baiano couldn't finish the play. The Whiplash Football Club fans' excitement grew in the 88th match minute when Whiplash Football Club's Elano Fontes looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 91st minute, Amadeu Mangueira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Evandro Carvalho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Inácio Monteiro having to interfere. When Téo Teles fell near the penalty area in the 96th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chambica SC's protests and gave Téo Teles a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Chambica SC getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Téo Teles hit a great ball. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
