Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Gugu Novaes got the match started through his kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Arreios's zone, Gugu Novaes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dário Eger came out of the goal and Gugu Novaes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 6 minutes of play, DELMIRO F.C.'s Baltazar Motta made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dário Eger was left in no man's land by his defense there! 11 minutes into the match, DELMIRO F.C.'s goalkeeper Jacques Peters had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Frédson de Barros. Jacques Peters took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frédson de Barros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 16 minutes into the match, Arreios's goal looked a bit too open when Gugu Novaes came free, but Dário Eger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Baltazar Motta hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. After 19 minutes of play, DELMIRO F.C.'s Gugu Novaes made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dário Eger was left in no man's land by his defense there! Juninho do Valle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacques Peters having to interfere. In the 25th minute, Arreios's Frédson de Barros dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. Carlos Alberto de Alcântara hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Jacques Peters made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alvin Pååk in the 37th minute. Dário Eger didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gugu Novaes went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Frédson de Barros stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Arreios's Alvin Pååk sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jacques Peters narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Baltazar Motta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Juninho do Valle sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Baltazar Motta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Dário Eger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frédson de Barros in the 96th minute of play forced DELMIRO F.C.'s goalkeeper Jacques Peters to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
