Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Alex Paulista kicked off to start the match. In the 5thth minute of the game Alex Paulista who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Uniflor's Hudson Vianna was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Miguel Diniz took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised João Pedro Neiva. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miguel Diniz in the 12th minute of play forced Contria's goalkeeper João Pedro Neiva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 14th minute, Contria's Arnulfo Ixaka dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. If Paulo Renato Saraiva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 19 minutes into the match, Alex Paulista notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Uniflor's Hudson Vianna. Hudson Vianna was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Alex Paulista managed to get in a good position for a shot. Contria's supporters rose to their feet, but Alex Paulista was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hudson Vianna breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 25 minutes into the match, Alex Paulista dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Hudson Vianna, 3-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Marcelo Alcântara managed to get in a good position for a shot. Contria's supporters rose to their feet, but Marcelo Alcântara was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hudson Vianna breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Contria's Paulo Renato Saraiva pulled a muscle in his back after 30 minutes and couldn't finish the game. 30 minutes into the game, Eduardo Cruz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Uniflor's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Contria the free kick. In the 31st match minute, Uniflor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eduardo Cruz to maneuver through the defense. When Alex Paulista fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Contria's protests and gave Alex Paulista a yellow card for diving instead. Alex Paulista hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alex Paulista in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hudson Vianna prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alex Paulista in the 38th minute of play forced Uniflor's goalkeeper Hudson Vianna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcelo Alcântara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. João Pedro Neiva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dráuzio Linhares in the 45th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
When the match had gone on for 52 minutes, Dráuzio Linhares took a quick shot and it went in 3-2 without a chance for João Pedro Neiva to make any attempt to save it. The crowd rose to their feet as Uniflor's Dráuzio Linhares slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of João Pedro Neiva. That made the score 3-3 after 57 minutes of play. Alex Paulista fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hudson Vianna having to interfere. Dagoberto Leal struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Hudson Vianna didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Contria. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alex Paulista in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hudson Vianna saved Uniflor from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Uniflor's Wellington Ribeiro got a free kick in the 66th minute. In the 74th minute Dráuzio Linhares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Pedro Neiva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Contria fans' excitement grew in the 77th match minute when Contria's Alex Paulista looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After a defensive mix-up in Contria's zone, Miguel Diniz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. João Pedro Neiva came out of the goal and Miguel Diniz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Contria's Alex Paulista got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alex Paulista fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hudson Vianna having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alex Paulista in the 95th minute of play forced Uniflor's goalkeeper Hudson Vianna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Miguel Diniz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
