Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Francisco Albuquerque started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 7th minute, Francisco Albuquerque fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Mané da Rocha, passed just outside the right post. In the 9th match minute, Malandragem FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Josué Castro to maneuver through the defense. Giuseppe Custódio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Filipe Coelho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 15th minute, Francisco Albuquerque reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Mané da Rocha. The goal made the score 1-0. After having played for 18 minutes, Zé Roberto Mineiro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Iporanga FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zé Roberto Mineiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Giuseppe Custódio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Flavinho Leão, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Malandragem FC's Flavinho Leão got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Malandragem FC's Flavinho Leão in the 29th minute got a chance for a shot 29th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Iporanga FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 30th minute, Filipe Coelho made a precise shot to the right of Giuseppe Custódio. Iporanga FC's Giuseppe Custódio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Flavinho Leão in the 33rd minute of play. Iporanga FC's Zé Roberto Mineiro got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Malandragem FC's Mané da Rocha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francisco Albuquerque in the 37th minute of play. With a little luck, Malandragem FC's Mané da Rocha got control of the ball when Zé Roberto Mineiro tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 41st minute the ball was on its way in behind Malandragem FC's goalkeeper Mané da Rocha, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Filipe Coelho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Malandragem FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Filipe Coelho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Giuseppe Custódio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Zé Roberto Mineiro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mané da Rocha read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 48th minute of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Flavinho Leão stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute of the match Sandro Pena shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mané da Rocha showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 53 played minutes Malandragem FC got a freekick which was hit by Maicon Guedes. Malandragem FC's Josué Castro couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 58th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Iporanga FC. In the 68th minute, Filipe Coelho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Giuseppe Custódio was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Zé Roberto Mineiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Mané da Rocha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Francisco Albuquerque fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mané da Rocha having to interfere. If Francisco Albuquerque had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mané da Rocha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zé Roberto Mineiro in the 77th minute of the match. After having played for 81 minutes, Zé Roberto Mineiro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Iporanga FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zé Roberto Mineiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zé Roberto Mineiro in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mané da Rocha prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mané da Rocha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Francisco Albuquerque, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. When Iporanga FC's Francisco Albuquerque in the 86th minute got a chance for a shot 86th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zé Roberto Mineiro in the 88th minute of play forced Malandragem FC's goalkeeper Mané da Rocha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 92nd minute, Zé Roberto Mineiro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Francisco Albuquerque had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Malandragem FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
