Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Cleiton Tinoco kicked off to start the match. Almir Maranhense took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from André Luiz Novaes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A hard shot by Válbson Barral from long distance, 8 minutes into the match, got Nelson Tavares's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. In the 10th minute, Ricardinho Vinhas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ricardinho Vinhas in the 22ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Nelson Tavares, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 30th minute Olívio Maciel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Almir Maranhense saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 35 minutes into the game, Cleiton Tinoco was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Barreiras's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tobi SC the free kick. After 35 played minutes Barreiras got a freekick which was hit by Cleiton Tinoco. With a little luck, Barreiras's Nelson Tavares got control of the ball when Osmar Paraibano tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Osmar Paraibano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nelson Tavares made a fantastic save in the 48th minute, when Osmar Paraibano sent off a good shot on target.
The wind increased when Ricardinho Vinhas made the kick off in the second half. Cleiton Tinoco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Almir Maranhense having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ricardinho Vinhas in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nelson Tavares saved Barreiras from getting behind. André Luiz Novaes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Almir Maranhense showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cleiton Tinoco, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. A collision led to Barreiras getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Umberto Alves hit a great ball. In the 65th minute Osmar Paraibano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nelson Tavares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Tobi SC's Egídio Mattos got a free kick in the 69th minute. The supporters of Barreiras booed when Tobi SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Egídio Mattos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Almir Maranhense stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cleiton Tinoco's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. 74 minutes into the game, Barreiras's Cleiton Tinoco nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Almir Maranhense made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. André Luiz Novaes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Almir Maranhense having to interfere. Almir Maranhense made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cleiton Tinoco in the 88th minute of play. In the 93rd minute Ricardinho Vinhas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nelson Tavares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Válbson Barral hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Barreiras were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Tobi SC to leave the ground with a draw.
