Cauan Nóbrega showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luís Fábio Marquez in the 10th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Luís Fábio Marquez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Escondido's supporters rose to their feet, but Luís Fábio Marquez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cauan Nóbrega breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Luís Fábio Marquez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cauan Nóbrega having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Saycan EC's zone, Luiz Fábio Nogueira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cauan Nóbrega came out of the goal and Luiz Fábio Nogueira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 20 minutes, Gabriel de Brito mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Saycan EC and the Escondido players grew even worse after the yellow card. Tarcisio Brodel, 21 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Mané Toledo kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Luís Fábio Marquez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Cauan Nóbrega tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Agostinho Borges fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Allan Amorim having to interfere. Escondido's Luiz Fábio Nogueira got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 41st minute Luiz Fábio Nogueira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cauan Nóbrega saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hamílton Abreu hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. If Luiz Fábio Nogueira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Luiz Fábio Nogueira managed to get in a good position for a shot. When Luís Fábio Marquez came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Escondido fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luís Fábio Marquez couldn't finish the play. After 67 played minutes, Saycan EC's César Cosme shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Allan Amorim came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Saycan EC reached it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Agostinho Borges in the 68th minute of play forced Escondido's goalkeeper Allan Amorim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 69th minute, Sidney Barreto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Escondido getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Reginaldo Novaes hit a great ball. Saycan EC's César Cosme couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 71st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Escondido. Allan Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manoel Moreno in the 76th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Escondido's zone, Manoel Moreno stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Allan Amorim came out of the goal and Manoel Moreno tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 82nd minute Sidney Barreto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cauan Nóbrega saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 91 minutes, Manoel Moreno managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Saycan EC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Manoel Moreno was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Agostinho Borges recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 95 minutes into the match, Manoel Moreno had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Allan Amorim. Escondido's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Manoel Moreno was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Saycan EC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
