If Antônio Machado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. César Chaves recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Abelardo Saraiva made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when César Chaves sent off a good shot on target. Abelardo Saraiva made an important save on a dangerous shot by César Chaves in the 21st minute. Abelardo Saraiva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antônio Machado in the 23rd minute of play. In the 26th minute, César Chaves left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Villa das Conchas SC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. When César Chaves came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Villa das Conchas SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that César Chaves couldn't finish the play. Antônio Machado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, JailBreakMafla's Abelardo Saraiva got control of the ball when César Chaves tried to sneak it across the goal line. Marcos Quirino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aluísio Mesquita in the 41st minute of the match. Nildo Veloso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Aluísio Mesquita made the kick off in the second half. Abelardo Saraiva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from César Chaves, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling César Chaves in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Abelardo Saraiva prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, JailBreakMafla's Álvaro do Valle got a free kick in the 55th minute. Villa das Conchas SC's Antônio Machado got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 65 played minutes JailBreakMafla got a freekick which was hit by Álvaro do Valle. In the 69th minute, José Maria da Silva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Laércio Moreira came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the JailBreakMafla fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Laércio Moreira couldn't finish the play. Aluísio Mesquita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aluísio Mesquita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Marcos Quirino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 85 minutes into the game, Laércio Moreira cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Marcos Quirino was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
