Paulista FC were awarded a corner in the 63th minute after Winstar FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ismael Vander took the corner. Humberto Capixaba shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Cristian Machado in the 70thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Sidnei Donato, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Sidnei Donato made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Cristian Machado sent off a good shot on target. Paulista FC's José Maranhense played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by William Negri in the 77th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Serafim Cruz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Winstar FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Serafim Cruz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. José Maranhense breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee gave Jeremias Aparecido a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Jeremias Aparecido kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. Winstar FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
