Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Pedro Augusto Paes got the match started through his kick off. The supporters of Papera booed when Golden Warriors was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oscar Tasso didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sidney Fernandez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Décio Faria having to interfere. Reynaldo Alagoano scored 2-0 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zé Pedro Rocha, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 20 minutes into the game, Reynaldo Alagoano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Papera's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Golden Warriors the free kick. After 20 played minutes Papera got a freekick which was hit by Reynaldo Alagoano. In the 30th minute, Pedro Augusto Paes fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Zé Pedro Rocha, passed just outside the right post. Golden Warriors's Zé Pedro Rocha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedro Augusto Paes in the 32nd minute of play. Silas Marques sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pedro Augusto Paes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zé Pedro Rocha having to interfere. Josué Ceresso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zé Pedro Rocha having to interfere. Pedro Augusto Paes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sidney Fernandez stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rdth minute of the game Pedro Augusto Paes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Golden Warriors's Zé Pedro Rocha was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Pedro Augusto Paes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zé Pedro Rocha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reynaldo Alagoano in the 60th minute of play. Zé Pedro Rocha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedro Augusto Paes in the 62nd minute of the match. Golden Warriors's Davi Perez got his second yellow card of the match in the 72nd minute. The referee ordered Davi Perez off the ground. In the 72nd minute, Davi Perez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Reynaldo Alagoano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Zé Pedro Rocha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedro Augusto Paes in the 75th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sidney Fernandez during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 76 played minutes Golden Warriors got a freekick which was hit by Sidney Fernandez. 80 minutes into the match, Golden Warriors's goal looked a bit too open when Pedro Augusto Paes came free, but Zé Pedro Rocha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zé Pedro Rocha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Reynaldo Alagoano, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. When Reynaldo Alagoano came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Papera fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Reynaldo Alagoano couldn't finish the play. Pedro Augusto Paes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zé Pedro Rocha having to interfere. Pedro Augusto Paes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 90 minutes into the match, Papera's Pedro Augusto Paes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zé Pedro Rocha narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Sidney Fernandez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 96 minutes into the match, Golden Warriors's goal looked a bit too open when Reynaldo Alagoano came free, but Zé Pedro Rocha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Papera had won after a very even match.
