After 3 played minutes Zorks FC got a freekick which was hit by Tião Seco. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Enéas Pereira managed to get in a good position for a shot. Alexandre's supporters rose to their feet, but Enéas Pereira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leonardo Queiroz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 14 minutes into the match, Zorks FC's goalkeeper Leonardo Queiroz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dionísio Gaspar. The supporters of Alexandre booed when Zorks FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alexandre Sampaio didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 23 minutes, Diogo Cardoso managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zorks FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Diogo Cardoso was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Leonardo Queiroz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Enéas Pereira in the 31st minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Caetano Marques managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zorks FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Caetano Marques was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Charles Reis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Charles Reis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diogo Cardoso in the 39th minute of play. In the 40th minute, Diogo Cardoso left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Zorks FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 48 minutes into the match, Zorks FC's Diogo Cardoso sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Charles Reis narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The Alexandre players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Zorks FC were winning 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Pedrinho Cunha was the one to do the kick off. Charles Reis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Diogo Cardoso in the 55th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Caetano Marques in the 57th minute of play forced Alexandre's goalkeeper Charles Reis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Diogo Cardoso could shoot a difficult shot in the 66th minute, which Charles Reis however easily saved by the left post. Alexandre's Charles Reis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save Alexandre from getting a goal against them. Caetano Marques sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In a very dangerous position, a player in Zorks FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 76th minute. Penalty! Claudinho Valladares shot the penalty kick right outside the post. After 80 played minutes Alexandre got a freekick which was hit by Lucas Urbano. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enéas Pereira in the 84th minute of play forced Zorks FC's goalkeeper Leonardo Queiroz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alexandre Sampaio charged in rather forcefully in the 85th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alexandre Sampaio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 85 played minutes Zorks FC got a freekick which was hit by Alexandre Sampaio. In the 87th match minute, Zorks FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tião Seco to maneuver through the defense. Diogo Cardoso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Charles Reis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pedrinho Cunha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonardo Queiroz having to interfere. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Zorks FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
