Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Zorks FC's Caetano Marques started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Cabeco's Willian Souza got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 8th minute, João Adolfo Vergílio sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Zorks FC's Leonardo Queiroz didn't even have to move. When Willian Souza fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cabeco's protests and gave Willian Souza a yellow card for diving instead. Willian Souza kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. 19 minutes into the match, Cabeco's goal looked a bit too open when Caetano Marques came free, but Zé Macedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Zorks FC getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Alexandre Sampaio hit a great ball. In the 22nd minute, Renato Nogueira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Caetano Marques fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zé Macedo having to interfere. If Willian Souza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Willian Souza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 38 minutes into the match, Zorks FC's goalkeeper Leonardo Queiroz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by João Adolfo Vergílio. Renato Nogueira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonardo Queiroz having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Willian Souza to make the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Valdo Medeiros during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Cabeco getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Valdo Medeiros hit a great ball. Tião Seco hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Renato Nogueira in the 73rd minute of play forced Zorks FC's goalkeeper Leonardo Queiroz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leonardo Queiroz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Willian Souza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Caetano Marques managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zorks FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Caetano Marques was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zé Macedo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tião Seco blasted a shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Zé Macedo having to make a save. Jaime Soares hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Zorks FC's zone, Willian Souza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leonardo Queiroz came out of the goal and Willian Souza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Cabeco's Renato Nogueira in the 94th minute got a chance for a shot 94th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Zorks FC's goalie prevented a goal. Leonardo Queiroz came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Cabeco's Renato Nogueira. But to his dismay, Renato Nogueira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0.
