One of Voador Futebol Clube:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Darth Vader:s goal. Agostinho Prado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Caetano Damião tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Agostinho Prado in the 14th minute of play forced Voador Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Caetano Damião to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. During the 15th minute of the match Hermínio Nascimento completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Hermínio Nascimento a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Hermínio Nascimento hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

Caetano Damião showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sílvio Luís Macedo in the 51st minute of the match.
