Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Eurico Varela started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Tiago do Valle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eurico Varela in the 4th minute of the match. Cauan Dias hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Tiago do Valle came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by Otavianos FC's Eurico Varela. But to his dismay, Eurico Varela quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Otavianos FC's Ulysses Secco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kauã Brito in the 12th minute of play. In the 13th match minute, Otavianos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vito Trigo to maneuver through the defense. When Vito Trigo fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Otavianos FC's protests and gave Vito Trigo a yellow card for diving instead. Vito Trigo kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Chavantes's Tiaguinho Teles shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 17th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Ulysses Secco but with some difficulty. A collision led to Chavantes getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Cauan Dias hit a great ball. 20 minutes into the game, Eurico Varela cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Tiago do Valle was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Tiago do Valle made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valério Fernandez in the 28th minute of play. In the 32nd minute, Kauã Brito ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ulysses Secco was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. In the 35th match minute, Otavianos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sérgio Luz to maneuver through the defense. Sílvio Luís Severo hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. After the first half Otavianos FC were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 52nd minute, Kauã Brito got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Chavantes's zone, Eurico Varela stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tiago do Valle came out of the goal and Eurico Varela tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Valério Fernandez was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 56th minute. Otavianos FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Tiago do Valle made an important save on a dangerous shot by Valério Fernandez in the 57th minute. Ulysses Secco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luiz Fernando Macedo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 76 minutes, Eurico Varela managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Otavianos FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eurico Varela was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Otavianos FC booed when Chavantes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cauan Dias didn't get a good kick on the ball. Enrique Cunha, 79 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. A hard shot 82 in the game by Valério Fernandez from a close distance when the talented Tiago do Valle managed to make a qualified save. Chavantes's players were relieved. In the 84th minute, Otavianos FC's Eurico Varela dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-3. Ulysses Secco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luiz Fernando Macedo in the 90th minute of play. The Otavianos FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Otavianos FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
