Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when José Lopez got the match started through his kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Ibitiguacu FC's zone, Otávio Tinoco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marquinhos Leite came out of the goal and Otávio Tinoco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sílvio Luís Macedo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Marquinhos Leite tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marquinhos Leite made a fantastic save in the 7th minute, when Otávio Tinoco sent off a good shot on target. 8 minutes into the match, Ibitiguacu FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sílvio Luís Macedo came free, but Marquinhos Leite reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dorival Fontes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marcelo Corrêa having to make a save. After 21 played minutes Guzolândia FC got a freekick which was hit by Otávio Tinoco. André Pontes charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed André Pontes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 22nd minute of the game. One of Guzolândia FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Ibitiguacu FC:s goal. Guzolândia FC:s Marcelo Corrêa showed great skill when he stopped Zé Pedro Fernandes:s penalty. After a rather tough play, Guzolândia FC's Ediberto Custódio got a free kick in the 26th minute. In the 37th minute, Guzolândia FC's Sílvio Luís Macedo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Marquinhos Leite. Marquinhos Leite yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. Sílvio Luís Macedo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The wind increased when Sílvio Luís Macedo made the kick off in the second half. Otávio Tinoco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Guzolândia FC's Dito Rosa got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sílvio Luís Macedo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marquinhos Leite having to interfere. In the 65th minute Sílvio Luís Macedo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marquinhos Leite saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The goalkeeper, Marcelo Corrêa, was totally fooled by Ibitiguacu FC's Zé Pedro Fernandes, who 73 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. In the 81st minute, Silvinho Alvarenga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Sílvio Luís Macedo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Guzolândia FC's Otávio Tinoco got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 91 played minutes Guzolândia FC got a freekick which was hit by Clemente Prata. José Lopez struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Marcelo Corrêa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ibitiguacu FC. Dorival Fontes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
