Mateus Loyola kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. Durvalino Valadares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Túlio Netto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Douglas Queiroz's late challenge caught a Oitizeiro Adepto Clube's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Douglas Queiroz helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Jacuecanga FC's Douglas Queiroz got a free kick in the 8th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Christian Barros in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rodolfo Mattos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rodolfo Mattos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hélio Goiano in the 14th minute. Vicente de Mendonça hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. When Oitizeiro Adepto Clube's Christian Barros in the 19th minute got a chance for a shot 19th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Jacuecanga FC's goalie prevented a goal. Hélio Goiano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Rodolfo Mattos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Christian Barros had several of the Jacuecanga FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 33 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Rodolfo Mattos as he didn't even see the shot coming. An unexpectedly hard shot by Túlio Netto in the 44th minute of play forced Oitizeiro Adepto Clube's goalkeeper Durvalino Valadares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Christian Barros to make the kick off. Rodolfo Mattos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hélio Goiano, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Hélio Goiano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hélio Goiano in the 63rd minute of play forced Jacuecanga FC's goalkeeper Rodolfo Mattos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Jacuecanga FC booed when Oitizeiro Adepto Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dinei de Amorim didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 71 played minutes Oitizeiro Adepto Clube got a freekick which was hit by Dinei de Amorim. Durvalino Valadares made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Mateus Loyola sent off a good shot on target. In the 73rd match minute, Oitizeiro Adepto Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rubens de Medeiros to maneuver through the defense. Wilian Mangueira charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Wilian Mangueira the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Oitizeiro Adepto Clube getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Wilian Mangueira hit a great ball. Christian Barros recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Wilian Mangueira managed to get in a good position for a shot. Oitizeiro Adepto Clube's supporters rose to their feet, but Wilian Mangueira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rodolfo Mattos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mateus Loyola received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Durvalino Valadares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Durvalino Valadares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Túlio Netto, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Oitizeiro Adepto Clube fully deserved thier win.
