Brasino's Genílson Borges played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Geovani Jacinto in the 3rd minute of play. Gildo Queiroz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Almir Madureira in the 5th minute of the match. Genílson Borges was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Geovani Jacinto showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 8 minute of play. With a little luck, Brasino's Genílson Borges got control of the ball when Jonathan Secco tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yan Palmeira in the 13th minute of play forced Brasino's goalkeeper Genílson Borges to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Almir Madureira in the 19th minute of play forced Elvira's goalkeeper Gildo Queiroz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 22 minutes into the match, Juninho Zanette notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Elvira's Gildo Queiroz. Gildo Queiroz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Gildo Queiroz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Almir Madureira in the 25th minute of play. Elvira's Jonathan Secco was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 27th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. 31 minutes into the game, Augusto Custódio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Brasino's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Elvira the free kick. A collision led to Brasino getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Augusto Custódio hit a great ball. Yan Palmeiras short, quick shot in the 33rdth minute got Genílson Borges to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The referee felt a red card was in order, 42 minutes into the game, when Anselmo Paes put in a rough tackle. Jeferson Corrêa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Brasino getting a freekick after 49 minutes play. Augusto Custódio hit a great ball. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jonathan Secco to make the kick off. Yan Palmeira might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Genílson Borges. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Yan Palmeira ran back to his position shaking his head. Jonathan Secco scored 3-2 in the 57th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Genílson Borges, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 67th minute, Luan Coutinho made a precise shot to the right of Genílson Borges. Brasino's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-2. 73 minutes into the game, Almir Madureira recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gildo Queiroz. Almir Madureira showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-3. When Jonathan Secco came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Elvira fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jonathan Secco couldn't finish the play. In the 81st minute Jonathan Secco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Genílson Borges saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jonathan Secco in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Genílson Borges saved Brasino from getting behind. Jonathan Secco might have been able to make a better finish in the 85th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Genílson Borges. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jonathan Secco ran back to his position shaking his head. Genílson Borges didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jonathan Secco went, in the 86th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-3 was the resulting score. In the 90th minute Luan Coutinho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Genílson Borges saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ulysses Vides recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Elvira's Jonathan Secco in the 95th minute got a chance for a shot 95th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Brasino's goalie prevented a goal. Luan Coutinho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jonathan Secco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Genílson Borges having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Elvira had played much better football throughout.
