Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Galaticos F.C's Matías Tasso started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 5 minutes into the match, Jary's goalkeeper Maicon Marques had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Matías Tasso. 10 minutes into the match, Galaticos F.C's Geovani Linares sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Maicon Marques narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Geovani Linares got free with Maicon Marques in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 17 minutes into the match, Galaticos F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Diego Abreu came free, but Elder Luz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jary's Maicon Marques proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Jary from getting a goal against them. Nilton Teixeira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elder Luz having to interfere. 34 minutes into the game, Matías Tasso recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Maicon Marques. Matías Tasso showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Doni Gaspar kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Diego Abreu struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Elder Luz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jary. Zé Pedro Cunha hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Elder Luz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diego Abreu in the 44th minute of play. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Diego Abreu to strike the kick off in the second half. Matheus Baiano tried in the game's 53rd match minute to clear up in front of his own goal but it went so bad that he put the ball into the goal to the left of an unhappy Elder Luz. An annoying self made goal, 1-2. Jary's Maicon Marques played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by André Coutinho in the 58th minute of play. Nilton Teixeira struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Elder Luz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jary. André Coutinho hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. If Diego Abreu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Elder Luz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Diego Abreu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Diego Abreu in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Elder Luz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Nilton Teixeira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Elder Luz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Matías Tasso managed to get in a good position for a shot. Galaticos F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Matías Tasso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maicon Marques breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Matías Tasso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Maicon Marques tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Maicon Marques showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Geovani Linares, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
