Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Cristian Xavier took the kick off in the first half of the match. 2 minutes into the game, Jânio Esteves was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Geolandia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pancas FC the free kick. In the 2nd minute, Jânio Esteves hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 8th minute Sílvio Mesquita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Natã Chaves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Délio Ferreira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Geolandia's Enrique Salles played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Xavier in the 15th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Xavier in the 17th minute of play forced Geolandia's goalkeeper Enrique Salles to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Enrique Salles stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cristian Xavier's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Geolandia's goalkeeper Enrique Salles, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 23 played minutes Geolandia got a freekick which was hit by Mathias Pernambucano. Sílvio Mesquita struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Natã Chaves didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Geolandia. The supporters of Pancas FC booed when Geolandia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hudson Netto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Severino Sás short, quick shot in the 35thth minute got Natã Chaves to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Sílvio Mesquita managed to get in a good position for a shot. Geolandia's supporters rose to their feet, but Sílvio Mesquita was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Natã Chaves breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Pancas FC's goalkeeper Natã Chaves, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Severino Sá had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sílvio Mesquita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sílvio Mesquita was the one to do the kick off. Sílvio Mesquita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sílvio Mesquita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Natã Chaves having to interfere. Cristian Xavier's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Enrique Salles read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. Pancas FC's Cristian Xavier got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Délio Ferreira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 71 minutes into the match, Sílvio Mesquita had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Natã Chaves. Pancas FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sílvio Mesquita was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. In the 76th minute the ball was on its way in behind Geolandia's goalkeeper Enrique Salles, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Cristian Xavier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Enrique Salles tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Délio Ferreira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Enrique Salles made a huge save. In the 84th minute, Hudson Netto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pancas FC's Délio Ferreira got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 96 played minutes Pancas FC got a freekick which was hit by Cristian Xavier. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
