Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Mário Nunes took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 2 played minutes Solanea EC got a freekick which was hit by Gil Sampaio. Silvério Toledo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mário Nunes, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. After a rather tough play, Centralito's Flavinho Teles got a free kick in the 5th minute. In the 7th match minute, Centralito was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Naldo Eger to maneuver through the defense. Luiz Fábio de Almeida made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manfredo Almeida in the 12th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Centralito's Flavinho Teles got a free kick in the 15th minute. Solanea EC's Marcelo Carvalho got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Manfredo Almeida sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 28th match minute, Centralito was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enrique Amaral to maneuver through the defense. When Manfredo Almeida came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Solanea EC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Manfredo Almeida couldn't finish the play. 36 minutes into the match, Solanea EC's goal looked a bit too open when Frederico Leite came free, but Silvério Toledo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Silvério Toledo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mário Nunes in the 40th minute of play. 44 minutes into the match, Solanea EC's Marcelo Carvalho sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Luiz Fábio de Almeida narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Silvério Toledo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mário Nunes, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Manfredo Almeida stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Solanea EC's goalkeeper Silvério Toledo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Frederico Leite. After a defensive mix-up in Centralito's zone, Manfredo Almeida stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luiz Fábio de Almeida came out of the goal and Manfredo Almeida tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Luiz Fábio de Almeida showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manfredo Almeida, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. A collision led to Centralito getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Naldo Eger hit a great ball. Manfredo Almeida received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Luiz Fábio de Almeida tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Enrique Amaral fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Centralito's protests and gave Enrique Amaral a yellow card for diving instead. In the 72nd minute, one of Centralito:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Centralito. In the 75th minute there was a penalty for Solanea EC. Gugu Vides stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Luiz Fábio de Almeida. 1-0. After 79 minutes, Gugu Vides mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Solanea EC and the Centralito players grew even worse after the yellow card. 78 minutes into the game, one of Solanea EC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 81st minute there was a penalty for Centralito. Enrique Amaral stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Silvério Toledo. 1-1. Silvério Toledo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frederico Leite in the 87th minute of the match. Marcelo Carvalho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 91 minutes into the match, Solanea EC's Manfredo Almeida sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Luiz Fábio de Almeida narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 91 played minutes Centralito got a freekick which was hit by Naldo Eger. When Marcelo Carvalho came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Solanea EC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcelo Carvalho couldn't finish the play. Manfredo Almeida took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Luiz Fábio de Almeida. Luiz Fábio de Almeida dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Thanks to some nice moves Sérgio Lucas could shoot a difficult shot in the 99th minute, which Silvério Toledo however easily saved by the left post. Solanea EC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
