Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Renatinho Perez started the match with the kick off. Brinco's Sílvio Luís Araújo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Renatinho Perez in the 6th minute of play. After some careless play in the Guidoval AD defense, Evaristo Vides kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Luís Pitta. The Guidoval AD fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Luís Pitta should have stopped the shot. Jorge Vides received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Sílvio Luís Araújo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 13th minute, Renatinho Perez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sílvio Luís Araújo made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Jorge Vides sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Brinco getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Telmo Pitta hit a great ball. Sílvio Luís Araújo made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Jorge Vides sent off a good shot on target. Evaristo Vides fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luís Pitta having to interfere. If Jorge Vides had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Guidoval AD booed when Brinco was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Deivid Cearense didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 44th minute Renatinho Perez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sílvio Luís Araújo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luís Pitta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evaristo Vides in the 47th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Evaristo Vides was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Jorge Vides notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Brinco's Sílvio Luís Araújo. Sílvio Luís Araújo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in Guidoval AD's zone, Evaristo Vides stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luís Pitta came out of the goal and Evaristo Vides tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Through an outstanding action, after 67 minutes, Luís Pitta successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Evaristo Vides in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luís Pitta saved Guidoval AD from getting behind. After 71 played minutes Evaristo Vides rounded Guidoval AD's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-3. Sílvio Luís Araújo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jorge Vides in the 76th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Renatinho Perez in the 81st minute of play forced Brinco's goalkeeper Sílvio Luís Araújo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 90th minute, Jorge Vides ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sílvio Luís Araújo was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. 94 minutes into the match, Brinco's goal looked a bit too open when Renatinho Perez came free, but Sílvio Luís Araújo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jorge Vides received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Sílvio Luís Araújo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Brinco's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
