If Cléberson Martins had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee gave Red Devils F.C. a penalty, 6 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by João Pedro Almeida, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Coleta's Afonso Melo. 0-1. In the 15th minute, Célio Guimarães reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Vágner Vidal. The goal made the score 1-1. In the 19th minute, Célio Guimarães made a precise shot to the right of Vágner Vidal. Red Devils F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Marquinhos Breckenfeld recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Agostinho Cearense during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Vágner Vidal made an important save on a dangerous shot by Célio Guimarães in the 35th minute. Vágner Vidal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cléberson Martins in the 37th minute of the match. Vágner Vidal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cléberson Martins, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Percival Tande hit a great ball. Afonso Melo made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Afonso Paes sent off a good shot on target. Through an outstanding action, after 58 minutes, Afonso Melo successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Afonso Melo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Afonso Paes showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-2 in the 60 minute of play. In the 66th minute, Cléberson Martins got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cléberson Martins sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 70th minute, Didi Paes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 71st minute of the match Eduardo Montenegro sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Vágner Vidal skillfully saved the ball. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Vágner Vidal showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Afonso Paes in the 80thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Afonso Melo, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Célio Guimarães received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Vágner Vidal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 88thth minute of the game Cléberson Martins who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Red Devils F.C.'s Vágner Vidal was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Vágner Vidal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cléberson Martins, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. When Agostinho Cearense was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 93 minutes had been played.
