Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Brain Knol started the match with the kick off. If Brain Knol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Fonceca EC's zone, Fabrizio Testa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Conrado Baiano came out of the goal and Fabrizio Testa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 8th match minute, Fonceca EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gilberto Tepedino to maneuver through the defense. In the 9th match minute, Campineira SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Brain Knol to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Campineira SC booed when Fonceca EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gilberto Tepedino didn't get a good kick on the ball. The supporters of Campineira SC booed when Fonceca EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fábio Vinhas didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Campineira SC's Ernani de Queiroz got control of the ball when Beto Martins tried to sneak it across the goal line. 21 minutes into the game, Durvalino Meireles cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Conrado Baiano was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 26thth minute of the game Brain Knol who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fonceca EC's Conrado Baiano was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 27 minutes into the match, Fabrizio Testa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Conrado Baiano. Fonceca EC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fabrizio Testa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. When Campineira SC's Brain Knol in the 31st minute got a chance for a shot 31st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Fonceca EC's goalie prevented a goal. Fabrizio Testa's late challenge caught a Fonceca EC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fabrizio Testa helped the player get up and apologised. The audience thought a goal was coming when Beto Martins got free with Ernani de Queiroz in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ernani de Queiroz came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Fonceca EC's Beto Martins. But to his dismay, Beto Martins quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. After 40 minutes, Fábio Vinhas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fonceca EC and the Campineira SC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 40th minute, Fábio Vinhas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ernani de Queiroz made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Beto Martins sent off a good shot on target. Campineira SC's Ernani de Queiroz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gilberto Tepedino in the 45th minute of play. When Sílvio Luís Matorin fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fonceca EC's protests and gave Sílvio Luís Matorin a yellow card for diving instead. After 46 played minutes Fonceca EC got a freekick which was hit by Sílvio Luís Matorin. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sílvio Luís Matorin to strike the kick off in the second half. When Brain Knol came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Campineira SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Brain Knol couldn't finish the play. Eusébio Netto took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ernani de Queiroz. Ernani de Queiroz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. In the 59th minute Sílvio Luís Matorin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ernani de Queiroz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ernani de Queiroz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sílvio Luís Matorin, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Brain Knol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Campineira SC's Ernani de Queiroz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gilberto Tepedino in the 65th minute of play. 67 minutes into the game, Fonceca EC's Gilberto Tepedino nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ernani de Queiroz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. A collision led to Fonceca EC getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Armando Zonta hit a great ball. A hard shot by Fabrizio Testa from long distance, 73 minutes into the match, got Conrado Baiano's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. In the 74th minute, Brain Knol got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Campineira SC's Brain Knol slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Conrado Baiano. That made the score 3-3 after 78 minutes of play. Ernani de Queiroz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gilberto Tepedino in the 82nd minute of the match. After 82 played minutes Campineira SC got a freekick which was hit by Fabrizio Testa. Conrado Baiano came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Campineira SC's Durvalino Meireles. But to his dismay, Durvalino Meireles quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-4. The referee felt a red card was in order, 90 minutes into the game, when Rodolfo Trigo put in a rough tackle. The referee gave Fonceca EC a penalty, 92 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Cauan da Silva, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Campineira SC's Ernani de Queiroz. 4-4. After some careless play in the Campineira SC defense, Eusébio Netto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ernani de Queiroz. The Campineira SC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ernani de Queiroz should have stopped the shot. Fonceca EC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Campineira SC for a fine match.
