Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Duda Vieira got the match started through his kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Inácio Meirelles in the 2nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Christian Loureiro saved Caibe from getting behind. Inácio Meirelles recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 7 minutes into the match, Caibe's goal looked a bit too open when Inácio Meirelles came free, but Christian Loureiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Caibe's Christian Loureiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Giovanni Proença in the 9th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Duda Vieira's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ronaldão da Fonseca was relentless in the 11th minute of the game. With an all-out effort, Caibe's Ronaldão da Fonseca threw himself towards the right post 15 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Duda Vieira, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 18th minute, Caibe's Duda Vieira ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ronaldão da Fonseca. Ronaldão da Fonseca yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in Caibe's zone, Giovanni Proença stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Christian Loureiro came out of the goal and Giovanni Proença tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 24th minute, José Pedro de Andrade hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Abel da Costa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Caibe's supporters rose to their feet, but Abel da Costa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ronaldão da Fonseca breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 27th minute of the match Natanael Barreto shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Christian Loureiro showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Samuel Nunes during the 33rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Samuel Nunes hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. In the 38th minute, Rafa Penha got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mateus Seco during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Mateus Seco hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. In the 48th minute, Giovanni Proença got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Giovanni Proença was the one to do the kick off. An unexpected shot in the 53rd minute by Inácio Meirelles got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Abel da Costa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Caibe's Acácio Sena got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Inácio Meirelles fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christian Loureiro having to interfere. With a little luck, Caibe's Christian Loureiro got control of the ball when Inácio Meirelles tried to sneak it across the goal line. Christian Loureiro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Giovanni Proença's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. In the 78th minute, Reginaldo Cunha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Garajuba EC's Dedé Rossi couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 79th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Caibe. After a defensive mix-up in Caibe's zone, Giovanni Proença stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Christian Loureiro came out of the goal and Giovanni Proença tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Garajuba EC's Inácio Meirelles came free and shot a quick shot against goal 90 minutes in the game, fortunately Christian Loureiro had problems saving as it came toward the left post. Abel da Costa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ronaldão da Fonseca having to interfere.
