Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Caco Corrêa started the match with the kick off. In the 7thth minute of the game Henrique Saldanha who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mosby FC's Hamílton Pitta was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Henrique Saldanha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Hamílton Pitta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luiz Gustavo Donato fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hamílton Pitta having to interfere. In the 12th minute, Henrique Saldanha ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hamílton Pitta was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After some careless play in the Mosby FC defense, Luiz Gustavo Donato kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hamílton Pitta. The Mosby FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hamílton Pitta should have stopped the shot. 19 minutes into the game, Cuc´s's Henrique Saldanha nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hamílton Pitta made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. After having played for 21 minutes, Henrique Saldanha managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cuc´s's supporters crossed their fingers, but Henrique Saldanha was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eriberto Arósio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dagoberto Pires in the 30th minute. Eriberto Arósio didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 33rd minute, which inside left pole to 1-3. Henrique Saldanha took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hamílton Pitta. Hamílton Pitta dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. Hamílton Pitta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henrique Saldanha, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Henrique Saldanha made the kick off in the second half. Henrique Saldanha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mosby FC's Hamílton Pitta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henrique Saldanha in the 61st minute of play. When Dagoberto Pires came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Mosby FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dagoberto Pires couldn't finish the play. In the 66th match minute, Mosby FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arnaldo Paes to maneuver through the defense. Cuc´s were awarded a corner in the 69th minute after Mosby FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Chico Loyola took the corner. Arnaldo Paes tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Hamílton Pitta. An unnecessary self made goal, 1-5 in the 69th minute. A collision led to Mosby FC getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Caco Corrêa hit a great ball. Hamílton Pitta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henrique Saldanha in the 86th minute of play. Luiz Gustavo Donato could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Hamílton Pitta made a huge save. Luiz Gustavo Donato who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 90thth minute tested the skills of Hamílton Pitta when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When Luiz Gustavo Donato came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Cuc´s fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luiz Gustavo Donato couldn't finish the play. The Mosby FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Cuc´s were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
