Hélder Alagoano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benjamim Maciel having to interfere. In the 17th minute, Hélder Alagoano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benjamim Maciel was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Bruno da Rocha blasted a shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Benjamim Maciel having to make a save. A collision led to FC Duda 11 getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Ronaldo Simão hit a great ball. 47 minutes into the match, FC Duda 11's goal looked a bit too open when Bruno da Rocha came free, but Benjamim Maciel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The wind increased when Valdir Batista made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Anselmo Tinoco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match was over Igatemi could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than FC Duda 11 throughout the match.
