Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Elder Netto started the match with the kick off. 3 minutes into the match, Malla7s's goal looked a bit too open when Elder Netto came free, but Celsinho Reis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zé Carlos Favoretto's late challenge caught a Malla7s's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zé Carlos Favoretto helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Jaiu SC's Zé Carlos Favoretto got a free kick in the 5th minute. Luís Guilherme Arósio came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by Malla7s's Agnaldo Gonçalves. But to his dismay, Agnaldo Gonçalves quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 16 minutes into the match, Malla7s's goal looked a bit too open when Elder Netto came free, but Celsinho Reis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Agnaldo Gonçalves recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Henrique Coelho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Elder Netto in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Celsinho Reis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Henrique Coelho came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Jaiu SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Henrique Coelho couldn't finish the play. After having played for 38 minutes, Henrique Coelho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jaiu SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Henrique Coelho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Celsinho Reis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elder Netto in the 40th minute of the match. Malla7s's Celsinho Reis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elder Netto in the 41st minute of play. Agnaldo Gonçalves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Luís Guilherme Arósio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Andrézinho Trigo made the kick off in the second half. Henrique Coelho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Elder Netto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Celsinho Reis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 71stth minute of the game Elder Netto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Malla7s's Celsinho Reis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Elder Netto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Elder Netto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Agnaldo Gonçalves came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Malla7s fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Agnaldo Gonçalves couldn't finish the play. Amadeu Soares fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luís Guilherme Arósio having to interfere. The Jaiu SC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Malla7s's performance. The match ended with a win for Malla7s.
