Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Fernandão Furlan made the kick off which started today's match. After 5 played minutes Fugido EC got a freekick which was hit by Duarte Senna. In the 12th minute, Sérgio Veloso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 17 played minutes Fugido EC got a freekick which was hit by Sérgio Veloso. If João Vítor Gonçalves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 22nd minute, Fernandão Furlan fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Edu Cerezo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Mateus Urbano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Ilhota's David Motta got a free kick in the 28th minute. 32 minutes into the game, Duarte Senna was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fugido EC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ilhota the free kick. In the 32nd match minute, Fugido EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Duarte Senna to maneuver through the defense. 45 minutes into the match, Ilhota's goal looked a bit too open when Edu Cerezo came free, but Mateus Urbano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When João Vítor Gonçalves came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Ilhota fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that João Vítor Gonçalves couldn't finish the play.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Edu Cerezo to strike the kick off in the second half. Edu Cerezo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Mateus Urbano came out and tried to block the shot, but Edu Cerezo slotted it home off the left post making it 0-1 in the 52nd minute. In the 58th minute, Luisão Quintal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 59th minute, João Vítor Gonçalves got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sérgio Veloso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mateus Urbano having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dorian Falcão during the 67th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 66th minute of the game. One of Ilhota:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Fugido EC:s goal. The goalkeeper, Mateus Urbano, was totally fooled by Fugido EC's Bernardo Maranhense, who 68 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. 71 minutes into the game, Fugido EC's Edu Cerezo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mateus Urbano made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Edu Cerezo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mateus Urbano read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. After 79 played minutes Ilhota got a freekick which was hit by Vitório Medeiros. Sérgio Veloso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Fugido EC's Edu Cerezo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Mateus Urbano. That made the score 0-4 after 84 minutes of play. 94 minutes into the match, Ilhota's goal looked a bit too open when Edu Cerezo came free, but Mateus Urbano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Paulo Renato Monteiro came free with the goalkeeper in the 96th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Mateus Urbano could save by the left post. Vitório Medeiros hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match.
