Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gilberto de Azevedo started the match with the kick off. In the 18thth minute of the game Alfons Kiempe who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Batateira's Pedro Luiz Leme was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Balins's Alfons Kiempe came free and shot a quick shot against goal 20 minutes in the game, fortunately Pedro Luiz Leme had problems saving as it came toward the left post. Alfons Kiempe who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 21stth minute tested the skills of Pedro Luiz Leme when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After having played for 23 minutes, Jorginho Miranda managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Balins's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jorginho Miranda was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Alfons Kiempe's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pedro Luiz Leme was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. 37 minutes into the match, Balins's Alfons Kiempe sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pedro Luiz Leme narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 38 minutes into the match, Balins's goal looked a bit too open when Jardel Favoretto came free, but Afonsinho Faria reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Though ot was a great shot Batateira's keeper Pedro Luiz Leme was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. Aírton da Costa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The wind increased when Alfons Kiempe made the kick off in the second half. Balins's Alfons Kiempe got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 55th minute, Alfons Kiempe left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Balins fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. When the match had gone on for 58 minutes, Alfons Kiempe put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Pedro Luiz Leme. When Alfons Kiempe got free in front of the goal in the 63rd minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Pedro Luiz Leme was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Aírton da Costa charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aírton da Costa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 64th minute, Aírton da Costa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 66 minutes, Ricardinho Albuquerque mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Balins and the Batateira players grew even worse after the yellow card. The long shot by Gildo Motta in the 68th minute really tested Afonsinho Faria's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alfons Kiempe in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pedro Luiz Leme prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Pedro Luiz Leme took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfons Kiempe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pedro Luiz Leme showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfons Kiempe in the 74th minute of the match. In the 75thth minute of the game Alfons Kiempe who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Batateira's Pedro Luiz Leme was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 76 minutes into the game, Enéas Ceresso cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Pedro Luiz Leme was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Enéas Ceresso's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pedro Luiz Leme read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. Roberto Mandrak charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Roberto Mandrak the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 86 played minutes Batateira got a freekick which was hit by Roberto Mandrak. Afonsinho Faria made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jardel Favoretto in the 89th minute of play. Pedro Luiz Leme stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alfons Kiempe's shot from short distance in the 90th minute.
