If Ulysses Leme had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Décio da Silveira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ulysses Leme sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Anísio Pontes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ulysses Leme, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 17 minutes into the match, Mutantes Esporte Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Kauã Quadros came free, but Anísio Pontes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kauã Quadros received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Anísio Pontes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 27 minutes into the game, Kauã Quadros cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Anísio Pontes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 30th minute, Décio da Silveira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Anísio Pontes came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by Paulistano FC's Kauã Quadros. But to his dismay, Kauã Quadros quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 40 minutes into the match, Kauã Quadros had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Anísio Pontes. Mutantes Esporte Clube's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kauã Quadros was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Téo Neto made the kick off in the second half. If Kauã Quadros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 63 played minutes Kauã Quadros rounded Mutantes Esporte Clube's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-4. Paulistano FC's Kauã Quadros got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Olívio Pinho during the 76th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 76th minute, Olívio Pinho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 83rd minute Téo Neto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ramiro Loureiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Humberto Barreto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ramiro Loureiro having to interfere. When Duda Queiroz fell near the penalty area in the 86th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Paulistano FC's protests and gave Duda Queiroz a yellow card for diving instead. In the 86th minute, Duda Queiroz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Mutantes Esporte Clube's zone, Duda Queiroz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anísio Pontes came out of the goal and Duda Queiroz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ulysses Leme blasted a shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Anísio Pontes having to make a save. In the 97th minute, Kauã Quadros reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Anísio Pontes. The goal made the score 0-5. The Mutantes Esporte Clube fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Paulistano FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
