Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Anderson Paranaense kicked off to start the match. Douglas Sampaio made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Aimé Dufay sent off a good shot on target. Aimé Dufay came free with the goalkeeper in the 6th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Douglas Sampaio could save by the left post. Finlandia AD's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Louis Scheunchen 7 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. Finlandia AD were furious when Marcel Diniz was red carded, 12 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 11th minute of the game. One of Finlandia AD:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Orleans FC:s goal. The referee gave Orleans FC a penalty, 14 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Robinho Carvalho, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Finlandia AD's Douglas Sampaio. 2-0. In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind Orleans FC's goalkeeper João Vítor Quirino, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. João Vítor Quirino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mathias Fantini in the 20th minute of play. The corner led Finlandia AD's Fábio Barbosa to fire away a dangerous shot which João Vítor Quirino despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Douglas Sampaio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Louis Scheunchen in the 25th minute of the match. In the 28th minute, Louis Scheunchen fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After 35 played minutes Finlandia AD got a freekick which was hit by Serginho Mota. When the match had gone on for 38 minutes, Louis Scheunchen took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Douglas Sampaio to make any attempt to save it. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Aimé Dufay to make the kick off. If Nuno Duarte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 59 played minutes Orleans FC got a freekick which was hit by Dorival Ferraz. In the 63rd minute, Mathias Fantini got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Belchior Vergílio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 75 minutes into the match, Finlandia AD's Nuno Duarte sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that João Vítor Quirino narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Belchior Vergílio came free with the goalkeeper in the 76th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and João Vítor Quirino could save by the left post. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Louis Scheunchen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Orleans FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Louis Scheunchen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Douglas Sampaio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 79 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Finlandia AD! In the 86th minute Aimé Dufay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Douglas Sampaio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 86 minutes into the game, Aimé Dufay was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Orleans FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Finlandia AD the free kick. 94 minutes into the match, Finlandia AD's goal looked a bit too open when Aimé Dufay came free, but Douglas Sampaio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Finlandia AD's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
