Edinho Maranhense started the match with the kick off. If Edinho Maranhense had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Luizão Zilles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Edinho Maranhense managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nage's supporters rose to their feet, but Edinho Maranhense was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joel Vidal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lúcio Albuquerque fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joel Vidal having to interfere. Joel Vidal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edinho Maranhense, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. The Nage fans' excitement grew in the 17th match minute when Nage's Edinho Maranhense looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 23rd minute, Edinho Maranhense ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Joel Vidal was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Edinho Maranhense sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 30 minutes, Lúcio Albuquerque managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nage's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lúcio Albuquerque was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Léo Souto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nage's supporters rose to their feet, but Léo Souto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joel Vidal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edinho Maranhense in the 36th minute of play forced L£Ø£S ÐÅ ┼RißØ Ð£ JµÐÁ ®'s goalkeeper Joel Vidal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 42nd match minute, Nage was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Régis Valladares to maneuver through the defense. Amauri Moraes took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 43rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Edu Quadros. Nage's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Francisco Trigo during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 45th minute of the game. One of L£Ø£S ÐÅ ┼RißØ Ð£ JµÐÁ ®:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Nage:s goal. Joel Vidal had in the 47thth minute some difficulties stopping Alexandre Barbosa's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After a long run with the ball, Alexandre Barbosa did a trick in the 47th minute in front of L£Ø£S ÐÅ ┼RißØ Ð£ JµÐÁ ®'s goalkeeper, who threw himself to the side. After that it was simple to shoot 0-3. An impressive performance by Nage's Alexandre Barbosa!

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Carlos Teixeira was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Nage getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Léo Souto hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Carlos Teixeira in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edu Quadros saved Nage from getting behind. The crowd rose to their feet as Nage's Edinho Maranhense slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Joel Vidal. That made the score 0-4 after 59 minutes of play. In the 63rd minute, Lúcio Albuquerque hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ismael Secco blasted a shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Edu Quadros having to make a save. Edinho Maranhense fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joel Vidal having to interfere. With an all-out effort, Nage's Joel Vidal threw himself towards the right post 79 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Edinho Maranhense, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. A collision led to Nage getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Dedé de Godoi hit a great ball. Joel Vidal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Régis Valladares, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. After some careless play in the L£Ø£S ÐÅ ┼RißØ Ð£ JµÐÁ ® defense, Lúcio Albuquerque kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Joel Vidal. The L£Ø£S ÐÅ ┼RißØ Ð£ JµÐÁ ® fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Joel Vidal should have stopped the shot. Edinho Maranhense received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Joel Vidal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lúcio Albuquerque struck a weak shot in the 99th minute. Joel Vidal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nage. The L£Ø£S ÐÅ ┼RißØ Ð£ JµÐÁ ® fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Nage were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
