After 14 minutes of play, Sintra SC's Artur Almeida made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wellington de Souza was left in no man's land by his defense there! Wellington de Souza made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gino Munhoz in the 18th minute. When the match clock showed 21 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Gino Munhoz sped through CR Vasco da Gama's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Wellington de Souza. In the 84thth minute of the game Gino Munhoz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but CR Vasco da Gama's Wellington de Souza was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Cícero da Rocha recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Artur Almeida had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gino Munhoz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wellington de Souza didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Sintra SC's Artur Almeida shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 5-0 in the ordered_time% minute.
