Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Zoro's Zé Carlos Paraíba started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute, Nico Sá made a precise shot to the right of Amadeu Sá. Zoro's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. In the 7th match minute, Pirilampo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ramón de Almeida to maneuver through the defense. In the 8th minute, one of Pirilampo FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Pirilampo FC. In the 10th minute, Telmo Berger left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Zoro fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pedro Luiz Sanches in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Amadeu Sá prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 23rd minute, Ramón de Almeida hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Telmo Berger recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Oscar Carioca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Caetano Salgado in the 26th minute of play. If Zé Carlos Paraíba had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Caetano Salgado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Oscar Carioca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erivaldo Silva in the 36th minute of play forced Pirilampo FC's goalkeeper Oscar Carioca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Amadeu Sá made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nico Sá in the 42nd minute. The supporters of Zoro booed when Pirilampo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlos Fernando Messias didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Zé Carlos Paraíba had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Pedro Luiz Sanches made a kick off. In the 53rd minute Pedro Luiz Sanches shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amadeu Sá saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pirilampo FC's Oscar Carioca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zé Carlos Paraíba in the 56th minute of play. If Caetano Salgado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nico Sá received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Amadeu Sá tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Caetano Salgado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 70th minute, Otávio Dante hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 78th minute Nico Sá shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amadeu Sá saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zoro's Amadeu Sá played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nico Sá in the 80th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Zoro's zone, Nico Sá stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Amadeu Sá came out of the goal and Nico Sá tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Amadeu Sá took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedro Luiz Sanches, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Nico Sá had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Amadeu Sá made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedro Luiz Sanches in the 94th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Luiz Sanches in the 96th minute of play forced Zoro's goalkeeper Amadeu Sá to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Pirilampo FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Zoro's performance. The match ended with a win for Zoro.
