With an extended leg and a bit of luck Valdomiro Berger prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dietrichz FC's Valdomiro Berger proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Dietrichz FC from getting a goal against them. 46 minutes into the game, Gláuber Figueiredo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Dietrichz FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Algeria AD the free kick. Algeria AD's Valdomiro Toscano got a good chance for a goal in the 48th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vito Salles to make the kick off. Valdomiro Toscano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valdomiro Berger having to interfere. Valdomiro Toscano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Valdomiro Berger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Valdomiro Berger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Noel Motta, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Valdomiro Berger was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in Dietrichz FC's zone, Valdomiro Toscano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Valdomiro Berger came out of the goal and Valdomiro Toscano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 69th match minute, Dietrichz FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sebastião Ferraz to maneuver through the defense. 73 minutes into the game, Algeria AD's Noel Motta nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Valdomiro Berger made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Valdomiro Toscano took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Valdomiro Berger. Valdomiro Berger dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. When Noel Motta came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Algeria AD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Noel Motta couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Dietrichz FC's zone, Valdomiro Toscano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Valdomiro Berger came out of the goal and Valdomiro Toscano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gláuber Figueiredos short, quick shot in the 86thth minute got Claudinei Fantini to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Claudinei Fantini took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vito Salles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Valdomiro Berger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valdomiro Toscano in the 97th minute of play.
