Lucas Luz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Dino Severo made a huge save. Cristóvão Bertassi kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Zé Roberto Marquez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lucas Luz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Dino Severo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edgar Cardoso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cristóvão Bertassi scored 1-1 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Maurinho Neiva, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 25th minute, Zé Roberto Marquez reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Dino Severo. The goal made the score 2-1. In the 29th match minute, GUERREIRO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edgar Cardoso to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Cristóvão Bertassi managed to get in a good position for a shot. GUERREIRO's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristóvão Bertassi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maurinho Neiva breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cristóvão Bertassi to make the kick off. Dino Severo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hermínio Peixoto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dino Severo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Duda de Brito, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Dino Severo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucas Luz in the 58th minute of the match. Lucas Luz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edgar Cardoso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 66th minute, Cristóvão Bertassi fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Maurinho Neiva, passed just outside the right post. Duda de Brito hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. 74 minutes into the match, NEW YORK TITANS's Zé Roberto Marquez sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dino Severo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, NEW YORK TITANS's Lucas Luz got a free kick in the 79th minute. Edgar Cardoso's late challenge caught a NEW YORK TITANS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Edgar Cardoso helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to GUERREIRO getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Edgar Cardoso hit a great ball. If Edgar Cardoso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cristóvão Bertassi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Edgar Cardoso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maurinho Neiva having to interfere. In the 89th minute, Edgar Cardoso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Maurinho Neiva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristóvão Bertassi, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Maurinho Neiva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristóvão Bertassi in the 91st minute of the match. Many of GUERREIRO's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. GUERREIRO may have spent more time on the ball, but NEW YORK TITANS were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
