Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Oséias Viana got the match started through his kick off. If Edgard Cutberto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Robinho Maia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonardo Moreno in the 18th minute of the match. 20 minutes into the game, Cido Secco was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Abaira's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pé de Calo MZ Club the free kick. After a rather tough play, Abaira's Cido Secco got a free kick in the 20th minute. Oséias Viana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pedro Moreno fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 25th minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball went over. It was a very nice shot. Anderson de Amorim kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. In the 31st minute, Edgard Cutberto left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Abaira fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Robinho Maia made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Edgard Cutberto sent off a good shot on target. 37 minutes into the game, Edgard Cutberto recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Robinho Maia. Edgard Cutberto showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. 41 minutes into the match, Pé de Calo MZ Club's goal looked a bit too open when Leonardo Moreno came free, but Robinho Maia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Pé de Calo MZ Club's zone, Leonardo Moreno stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Robinho Maia came out of the goal and Leonardo Moreno tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.
Oséias Viana hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. In the 58th minute, Leonardo Moreno ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Robinho Maia was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. After 61 played minutes Pé de Calo MZ Club got a freekick which was hit by Nemesio Argider. In the 62nd minute Cido Secco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robinho Maia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Robinho Maia came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by Abaira's Leonardo Moreno. But to his dismay, Leonardo Moreno quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. It was beautiful to see Pé de Calo MZ Club's Pedro Moreno in action when he in the 68th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! When Pedro Moreno came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Pé de Calo MZ Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pedro Moreno couldn't finish the play. In the 73rd minute Anderson de Amorim managed to get in a great position but fired away a sharp shot that went outside the goal on the goalie's right hand side. It could just as well have been a goal. Robinho Maia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgard Cutberto in the 78th minute of the match. Robinho Maia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgard Cutberto, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. A collision led to Pé de Calo MZ Club getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Anderson de Amorim hit a great ball. Cido Secco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Robinho Maia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 91st minute Edgard Cutberto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robinho Maia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Robinho Maia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonardo Moreno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. For all the effort they put into the match, the Pé de Calo MZ Club players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Abaira.
