Doni Romero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Régis Lago in the 6th minute of play. After 8 minutes of play, Brejinhe's Cristian Paulista made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Doni Romero was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Régis Lago fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Brejinhe's protests and gave Régis Lago a yellow card for diving instead. Régis Lago hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match.
