If Gláuber Messias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Orlando Abraão kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Igor Quirino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Willian Queiroz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Daniel Varela made the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Daniel Varela notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Goiaberira SS's Marcelinho Brito. Marcelinho Brito was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When SPORTBEL's Daniel Varela in the 60th minute got a chance for a shot 60th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Daniel Varela fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcelinho Brito having to interfere. Daniel Varela sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Goiaberira SS's Marcelinho Brito played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Orlando Abraão in the 86th minute of play. Orlando Abraão struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Marcelinho Brito didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SPORTBEL. If Daniel Varela had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. There was no doubt that SPORTBEL were the better team. SPORTBEL's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
