Jonas Matos struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Clóvis de Mendonça didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sucuarana Futebol Clube. Claros's Clóvis de Mendonça played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luciano Secco in the 10th minute of play. When Sucuarana Futebol Clube's Luciano Secco in the 12th minute got a chance for a shot 12th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Claros's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to Claros getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Felippe Hermes hit a great ball. Sucuarana Futebol Clube's Luciano Secco got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Luciano Secco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Clóvis de Mendonça having to interfere. With a little luck, Claros's Clóvis de Mendonça got control of the ball when Alfredão Hoffmann tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 21stth minute of the game Wilton Mazza who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sucuarana Futebol Clube's André Luís Maia was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 23rd minute Wilton Mazza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but André Luís Maia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vito Pontes during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. André Luís Maia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wilton Mazza's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. Jonas Matos scored 2-0 in the 35th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Clóvis de Mendonça, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Emerson Loyola fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without André Luís Maia having to interfere. Luciano Secco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Clóvis de Mendonça tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Emerson Loyola to strike the kick off in the second half. If Luciano Secco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Felippe Hermes during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 53 played minutes Claros got a freekick which was hit by Felippe Hermes. When Felippe Hermes was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 61 minutes had been played. In the 61st minute, Felippe Hermes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Sucuarana Futebol Clube's André Luís Maia got control of the ball when Wilton Mazza tried to sneak it across the goal line. Wilton Mazza's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but André Luís Maia read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. A collision led to Sucuarana Futebol Clube getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Jonas Matos hit a great ball. Wilton Mazzas short, quick shot in the 73rdth minute got André Luís Maia to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Wilton Mazza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Claros's zone, Alfredão Hoffmann stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Clóvis de Mendonça came out of the goal and Alfredão Hoffmann tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alfredão Hoffmann received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Clóvis de Mendonça tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sucuarana Futebol Clube were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Claros for a fine match.
