An unexpectedly hard shot by Josué Gaúcho in the 9th minute of play forced Ł€õ€Ş ĐΔ ŦŘƗβØ Đ€ ĴỮĐáĦ!'s goalkeeper Jailson Meirelles to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With an all-out effort, Ł€õ€Ş ĐΔ ŦŘƗβØ Đ€ ĴỮĐáĦ!'s Lenílson de Godoy threw himself towards the right post 10 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Nilmar Soeiro, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlos Eduardo Souto in the 14th minute of play forced Ł€õ€Ş ĐΔ ŦŘƗβØ Đ€ ĴỮĐáĦ!'s goalkeeper Jailson Meirelles to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carlos Eduardo Souto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jailson Meirelles having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Ł€õ€Ş ĐΔ ŦŘƗβØ Đ€ ĴỮĐáĦ!'s Paulo José Leite got a free kick in the 20th minute. Carlos Eduardo Souto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jailson Meirelles having to interfere. Nilmar Soeiro might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lenílson de Godoy. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nilmar Soeiro ran back to his position shaking his head. Nilmar Soeiro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tostão Zanette kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. The supporters of Cayaue booed when Ł€õ€Ş ĐΔ ŦŘƗβØ Đ€ ĴỮĐáĦ! was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Henrique Porto didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 33rd minute, Carlos Eduardo Souto ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jailson Meirelles was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After 40 played minutes Cayaue got a freekick which was hit by Renato Abreu. Nilmar Soeiro struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Lenílson de Godoy didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ł€õ€Ş ĐΔ ŦŘƗβØ Đ€ ĴỮĐáĦ!. The supporters of Ł€õ€Ş ĐΔ ŦŘƗβØ Đ€ ĴỮĐáĦ! booed when Cayaue was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Renato Abreu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Henrique Porto did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-1 to the left of a surprised Lenílson de Godoy 45 minutes into the match. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nilmar Soeiro to strike the kick off in the second half. Lenílson de Godoy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nilmar Soeiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 56th minute, Nico Vinhas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Nilmar Soeiro came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Ł€õ€Ş ĐΔ ŦŘƗβØ Đ€ ĴỮĐáĦ! fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nilmar Soeiro couldn't finish the play. Henrique Porto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lenílson de Godoy having to interfere. 68 minutes in the game, Carlos Eduardo Souto fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Jailson Meirelles having to interfere. If Jefferson Proença had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Henrique Porto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Lenílson de Godoy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lenílson de Godoy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Henrique Porto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Despite this Lenílson de Godoy quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Carlos Eduardo Souto hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. After 86 played minutes Cayaue got a freekick which was hit by Renato Abreu. 87 minutes into the match, Ł€õ€Ş ĐΔ ŦŘƗβØ Đ€ ĴỮĐáĦ!'s Benedito Tasso broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide.
