In the 21st minute of the match, Hernani Esteves tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Chicão Fonseca saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 22nd minute, Lendarios FC's Fausto Cabral dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. With a little luck, Parnaiba FC's Chicão Fonseca got control of the ball when Teodoro Barbosa tried to sneak it across the goal line.
