In the 5th minute, Adilson Braga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 7 minutes of play, Forever's Umberto Siqueira made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Celsinho Paulista was left in no man's land by his defense there! Marcelo Veiga struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Celsinho Paulista didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Forever. Umberto Siqueira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Celsinho Paulista having to interfere. Celsinho Paulista showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Umberto Siqueira in the 16th minute of the match. Betinho Trigo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nelson Alcântara in the 25th minute. Nelson Alcântara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Elivélton Tróia kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. If Umberto Siqueira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adilson Braga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Betinho Trigo having to interfere. Nelson Alcântara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Betinho Trigo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Adilson Braga's shot from short distance in the 46th minute. In the 48th minute, Marcelo Veiga made a precise shot to the right of Celsinho Paulista. Lejeado FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2.

Betinho Trigo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adilson Braga, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Nelson Alcântara's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Betinho Trigo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. Betinho Trigo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adilson Braga, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nelson Alcântara in the 86th minute of play forced Forever's goalkeeper Betinho Trigo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Betinho Trigo came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Lejeado FC's Adilson Braga. But to his dismay, Adilson Braga quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Lejeado FC's Celsinho Paulista proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save Lejeado FC from getting a goal against them. Nelson Alcântara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Forever's Betinho Trigo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adilson Braga in the 99th minute of play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Forever eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
