Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) 4 minutes into the game, one of Raposo Esporte Clube:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 5th minute there was a penalty for Batel FC. Eurico Vieira stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Natanael Salles. 1-0. Josué Salgado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Natanael Salles tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 11 minutes into the match, Luís Gustavo de Alcântara notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Batel FC's Luiz Gustavo Breckenfeld. Luiz Gustavo Breckenfeld was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Júlio Castro during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Raposo Esporte Clube getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Júlio Castro hit a great ball. In the 16th minute, Josué Salgado got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 20th minute, Batel FC's Cristiano Zanette dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. In the 22nd minute, Adrianinho Amorim hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luiz Gustavo Breckenfeld showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tostão Matorin in the 25th minute of the match. Luiz Gustavo Breckenfeld took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luís Gustavo de Alcântara, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 36th minute of the match, Josué Salgado got a very nice opportunity to score, but Natanael Salles was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 39th minute, Josué Salgado left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Batel FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Luís Gustavo de Alcântara stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Tostão Matorin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 55 minutes into the match, Raposo Esporte Clube's Luís Gustavo de Alcântara sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Luiz Gustavo Breckenfeld narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 58 played minutes, Raposo Esporte Clube's Adrianinho Amorim shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Luiz Gustavo Breckenfeld came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Raposo Esporte Clube reached it. Leonel Paes hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. If Josué Salgado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Josué Salgado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Natanael Salles having to interfere. In the 69th minute, Jeremias Figueiredo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cristiano Zanette's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Natanael Salles read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. After 79 played minutes Batel FC got a freekick which was hit by Cristiano Zanette. Luís Gustavo de Alcântara was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 82nd minute. Raposo Esporte Clube's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. With a little luck, Batel FC's Luiz Gustavo Breckenfeld got control of the ball when Tostão Matorin tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Tostão Matorin came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Raposo Esporte Clube fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tostão Matorin couldn't finish the play. The corner led to Raposo Esporte Clube's Jeremias Figueiredo getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal.
