Filipe Alvarenga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hermínio Ramalho having to interfere. The supporters of Juruena F.C booed when Internacionxl was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lino da Cunha didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Juruena F.C's Hermínio Ramalho got control of the ball when Cido Senna tried to sneak it across the goal line. Filipe Alvarenga was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 18th minute. Internacionxl's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Tomé Garcia didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nilson Maranhense went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Hermínio Ramalho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filipe Alvarenga, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. After 28 played minutes Juruena F.C got a freekick which was hit by Gualter Luz. The supporters of Juruena F.C booed when Internacionxl was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Filipe Alvarenga didn't get a good kick on the ball. Juruena F.C's Hermínio Ramalho proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Juruena F.C from getting a goal against them. Cido Sennas short, quick shot in the 36thth minute got Hermínio Ramalho to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Filipe Alvarenga struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Hermínio Ramalho didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Internacionxl. After having played for 40 minutes, Filipe Alvarenga managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Internacionxl's supporters crossed their fingers, but Filipe Alvarenga was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 44th minute, Internacionxl's Filipe Alvarenga dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Filipe Alvarenga to strike the kick off in the second half. Cido Senna's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hermínio Ramalho read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. In the 64thth minute of the game Filipe Alvarenga who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Juruena F.C's Hermínio Ramalho was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 66 minutes, Filipe Alvarenga managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Internacionxl's supporters crossed their fingers, but Filipe Alvarenga was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hermínio Ramalho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Filipe Alvarenga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cido Senna in the 81st minute of play forced Juruena F.C's goalkeeper Hermínio Ramalho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Filipe Alvarenga in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hermínio Ramalho saved Juruena F.C from getting behind. Hermínio Ramalho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cido Senna in the 92nd minute of the match. When the referee ended the match the Internacionxl players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
